How we can make money with bored services?

Hello Everyone, I worked with someone on bored and Manual task, acutely it's periodically tasks to provide our Educational service to Targeted Segment in KSA, and I felt I want to make this work more intelligent so I automated 90% of this work and reduced the work time 100x, the revenue model depend on subscription fees. so my question what is the service maybe to be profitable like this.
