Ask HN: Romanian Salary Data

Does anyone know where I can find reasonable salary data for Romanian positions? It's fine if it is not exact, I just don't know what "rules of thumb" are in this country I am unfamiliar with and I'd like to hire there.

I'm interested in Support Engineering, Software Engineering, DevOps, etc.
