Hi guys,

I'm trying to make a landing page for under 15 usd in under 1h. Ideally, with it's own domain, or a cool one.

Any advice from hackers like you guys would be super welcome!

Best, Santy

Depends on the website. An hour you gonna have to use a template and you’ll need to have your content ready to go.

Then your choices are website builders like Framer, webflow, squarespace etc, or cms with a theme like Wordpress, ghost, whatever. Coding is not happening in an hour, you’ll need that for design and content.

It won’t be super unique but you’ll have something online very quickly.

Note: 15$ might be enough to get you online but you are like to pay more monthly/annually. Cheapest is probably Wordpress on some cheap hosting.

I did use a template (Carrd) and got it done in 1h:07 mins. I agree that even coding something with react + ai would have taken me longer. Thanks for the advice!
Reminds me of a question in Facebook in it's early days:

Urgent PLS HELP I prepared food and it catched fire and now my kitchen is on fire. What to do? Pls help what should I do my kitchen is burning.

Yeah... Enjoy the show, I would say.

You can try to use Google for your question. It seems to be a legit use case for me.

Or, do I misinterpreting your question and you want to learn how to do a landing page for under 15 USD in under 1h?

Just take a free website designer that come along the hosting companies. Or, may be ask YouTube

you're absolutely right! just wanted to check what hackers recommended as well :)
aws amplify free tier, upload a zip with some html. Attaching a domain is the only thing that could take a few minutes.
Check who has the cheapest year 1 domain at domcomp. Use Cloudflare pages for free with Bootstrap or roll your own.
you can publish google doc or notion and point domain on it

p.s. you still will have 45 minutes free and probably 11USD left for coffee

The google doc option is really thinking out of the box. Hadn't thought of that, and it might get the job done super quickly and cheaply. Thanks!
mmm.page seems like it would help in a pinch
