Another piece of advice; have a reviewed and up-to-date domain language document for each of your domains. Ideally write it while you're doing discovery work. Anyone wandering outside of the domain language without good reason gets reminded to re-read the domain language document.
Ever since we started putting this in formally in companies I've been in, technical discussions have been significantly more fruitful.
