Hello there! Does anyone know of / is working on Wikidata datasets that are regularly updated and easy to verify? In the vein of https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:WikiProject_Heads_of_state_and_government/lists/current_heads

I'm not sure what you are asking for. Wikidata itself is a huge dataset and that list is just generated from wikidata by a Sparql query.

https://m.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Database_download ? The entire thing is dumped regularly. If you need up to the minute updates you can use https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Event_Platform/EventStre... to get an event every time something is changed.
