Ask HN: Can anyone recommend a service for video encoding and hosting?

Azure is retiring their video hosting/encoding services at the end of June and I'm tasked with migration to a new platform. I'm only familiar with a handful of competitive services. Anyone have recommendations for a video hosting platform?
