I would love your thoughts on a start up I created that lets car dealers and apartment managers add our service to their website were a gig worker will go check out a car or an apartment for you if you are moving or are too busy

I think to be successful you need to solve the issue of trust. Why should your customer trust you to give good advise. How can they be sure that you do not receive commission from certain parties. What is different in your service than any other agents who works for commissions?

In general you will deal with the same sales units again and again but with a customer usually only once or twice. Your relationship to the sales units will be stronger and stronger over time, if you want it or not. That always leaves the suspension that you don’t work foremost in the best interest of the customer.

This trust concern might be something that can be mitigated but you need to look into how you do it and how you communicate it.
