If I'm not wrong NY is not a very active seismic area. Is anybody checking the development of that weapon allegedly able to produce tsunamis that Russians promised to target NY last year?
But if somebody starts saying that will develop a stealthy weapon able to make tsunamis, that would (literally) be used to "target NY" and other coastal cities; and then you have a strange earthquake in NY and another in a Taiwanese coastal city almost simultaneously, maybe somebody should pay attention, do some research and explore some hypothesis, just to play safe
