Actually, you can just stick a dotnet build on the “release” worker and execute the output. We even have a pure C example that works mostly like that.

How does this sit in the universe of Dokku and CapRover? Any strong pros/cons of one vs the other?

as far as i understand, it is not based on a docker environment.
