I wouldn’t call the cool. That UI makes it look like deleting projects is one of the tasks users will do a lot. I doubt that’s the intent.

Also, why text for “view”, but icons for “edit” and “delete”?

I would try to merge “view” and “edit” (do you really need the two?), then get rid of their buttons (users can click on a project’s panel to view project contents. Makes for a nice large click target for what, I guess, will be the most frequent action), and move “delete” to a “…” thing in the top right of the panel. At least use a less visible wastebasket icon. You can ditch the red if deleting requires confirmation.
