Enshitificattion is not the same as things simply turning to crap.
Quality decay of in all products is a natural effect under economic
conditions of efficiency. Capitalism perfectly produces vast amounts
of cheap, mass-produced goods just above the quality threshold at
which nobody would buy it even if it were free.
Enshitificattion is a complex double sided betrayal [0]. The quality
of an enshitified product might remain quite good. But the conditions
under which you must buy and use it become intolerable. Likewise for
the producer. The extraction is decoupled from the goods themselves.
A simply efficient market still allows that competition could come
along and offer a high quality luxury alternative (probably nobody
would buy it because we're conditioned to expecting crap).
An enshitified market is captured. In your example there would only be
one radio station. It's a Soviet style outcome of capitalism plus
total lack of regulation - aka Consumer Communism.
