I created Vue Developers a few weeks ago after I discussed with a recruitment agency who explained to me that it was complicated for them to recruit VueJS developers. It's a big job for them: they have to find the right profiles, determine their experience with the framework, make sure they know Vue3, and so on.
I decided to remedy this problem by building a completely free reverse job board for developers, called Vue Developers. You register, fill in your profile, and recruiters can filter developers by a whole range of criteria, to find the right profiles.
I'm just about to have enough profiles on the platform to contact the first recruiters, so I hope it works out
It might help if there was regional filtering. Hiring remote in “North America” or the “European Union” is easier than selecting a bunch of individual countries.

Johannesburg shares the same time zone as Paris, despite being much further than Paris-NYC.
