Ask HN: Do you assume Section 174 will be removed by the end of 2024?

Companies must make strategic decisions regarding hiring and growing. But Section 174 is quite a big question mark that changes the game's rules for us.

I can't seem to find much information about it, so do you assume it'll be removed when it comes to hiring software developers? Heard anything from your CPA about it?
