To be fair, there is nothing newsworthy about this rocket unless you are Russian.
It uses safe fuel (unlike Proton which flies on heptyl), it flew from the brand new launch site located in Russia (so our Kazakh friends will have trouble extorting more and more money for the use of Baykonur) and its fourth stage worked flawlessly.
