Ask HN: Stripe or Ayden for collecting money from users and then distributing?

Do you need a money transmitter license to be able to create a bounty website with stripe and ayden:

- Collect $$$ from users who create a bounty

- Distribute it to multiple users who complete the bounty

I was using the Stripe Connect demo but that seems like its intended for a marketplace where users are selling items and clients directly buying from them (with platform taking a cut)

I'm looking for a much more simple and shorter onboarding for non-marketplace cases like bounty posting and payouts?

It just sucks having to onboard people with so much information where my users arent running a business in my case: Some users put up bounties for a problem fix and other users complete it for payout.
