Ask HN: Which framework or engine for web based technical journal?

I want to keep a technical journal of problems I work(ed) on, and thoughts and design ideas etc.

I don't want a simple blog, I want something with a bit more metadata and gives a pre-defined structure in a way.

Or what would you recommend? I used Hugo in the past for my blog.
