Ask HN: Security Awareness Training Material?

Most places I've worked at have terribly security practices. Mostly just the human stuff (clicking random links, not locking screens, etc), but sometimes downright neglicence (storing sensitive data on unencrypted laptops).

In the past, I've been subject to awful security awareness training, with hour long mandatory videos of utterly useless drivel.

So I'd like to you ask you: is anyone aware of any good training material for security awareness? Preferably free/open source, but I'm open to anything as long as it doesn't suck.
