Ask HN: How are data scientist keeping themselves updated?

I have been working in data science roles since 2015. Stared with analytics moved to forecasting and then building classification and recommendations models. I have not kept pace with the developments in deep learning and language models and I now feel that I am lagging behind by a huge margin and wouldn't have good job prospects in future. What are other data scientists doing to keep themselves updated?
