The kind of people we like usually have a strong track record of shipping high-quality projects on the Play Store, have a keen understanding of metrics and can rapidly learn and adapt to just about anything. Also, they are often described to others as "such a nice person" by pretty much everybody.

This is a position with massive ownership and freedom. You'll be a part of a very intense and very small product team that ships and learns on a daily basis.
