Why does my 2014 Camaro change to Spanish

When I drive by the Intel museum in Palo Alto, my 2014 Camaro's firmware changes to spanish. Anyone know why?

For clarity, I've driven all over the US and Canada. It only happens there.

I haven't a clue, but if this one is ever solved, it will be an engineering story for the ages. Good luck

Yes.

And I even have the onstar antenna unplugged, although I didn't use a resistor, so it still receives very very strong signals.
