Ask HN: Where to find communities of knowledge base designers

I've recently taken ownership of my employers client-facing knowledge base for our product. It needs a good IA overhaul, but as this is my first time - I'm wondering if anyone has guidance on good sites to learn how to do this right and ask questions.

I've been taking a lot of inspiration from sites that have public KBs, but I fear this will only get me so far without extra guidance.
