Congrats on shipping something and getting into the app store, but I would never use it. Reading to my kid is super precious and should not be automated.

I rather have something that helps me with spending time with him (it's probably not an app).

Thanks for the feedback – to be clear we could never replace reading to your kids. We hope to upgrade the occasional audiobook parents already play to their kids – for example on car journeys where reading behind the wheel is a big no-no!
Another way parents could achieve a similar or superior result is to record themselves reading a book.

This recording could then be played back to the child.

Yes they could record themselves reading a book, but with Sound AiSleep you only have to record for two and a half minutes of a sample story and then you can play any book in our kids library spoken in your voice!
I’m getting emotional just thinking what if my dad did this for my children before he passed away. He would always read to them when I worked doubles.
Who is supposed to supposed to play the narrations for the children?
