Ask HN: Using AI to cover (not block) ads client-side?

Does anyone know is there is any project trying to use AI to detect and cover (not block) ads client-side?

Or in general, trying using AI to make the web (and possibly social-media) browsing less distracting?

p.s. I also remember that I read something about a platform answering prompt questions by building mini-websites on the fly, but I cant't remember the name...
