Show HN: Tracking support for C++20 modules in libraries – arewemodulesyet.org (arewemodulesyet.org)
I recently created arewemodulesyet.org [0], to track module adoption in the C++ ecosystem. I used how often a vcpkg manifest file changed to get a rough estimate of how popular a library is. My hope is to get the modules train started, but by the looks of it, there is a long and bumpy road ahead of us.
This could be potentially be another python2->python3 fiasco, where many libraries will never see modules adoption for a wide range of reasons like build system support or by the simple fact that many popular libraries are written in C and not C++.
