Federal News Network Is Corrupt, It Runs Propaganda Pieces for Microsoft (techrights.org)

I've never heard of Federal News Network, but I have heard of Techrights, and I'm inclined to trust it about as much as physical tabloids.

The 'Federal' in Federal News Network is not a claim of being a federal news source, it's their audience. They target 'federal' employees with their news, that's their niche. They're making no claims to being federal themselves, they just write about federal news!

And the Microsoft stuff is just Press Releases? I can't even find the post in the image.

What I can find however is a bunch of articles that are critical of Microsoft.

Seems like this site publishes press releases, and features clearly labelled advertorial content too, but also balances that with brand-critical original content.

It's.... a regular niche news site?
