(Well, it's pretty shallow once you look.)Huy Fong isn't the "original" Sriracha after all.The sauce originates in the town of Si Racha, Thailand, where Huy Fong's founder was briefly a refugee on his way from Viet Nam to the US.A good "original" Thai brand is Sriraja Panich. I was lucky to randomly pick up a few bottles at Grocery Outlet, before I learned all the dirt above!
