Show HN: Taught myself to code and built a Notion scheduling tool for LinkedIn (sharekit.co)

Hi!

I taught myself how to code to scratch my own itch: writing LinkedIn posts in Notion, but having to copy/paste them into scheduling tools.

So I decided to create ShareKit to automatically schedule and publish my LinkedIn posts from Notion.

I hope this can be helpful to fellow LinkedIn users on here.

Would love your feedback on my first dev project, pls.

how does this work? via headless browser? afaik LI has no public API Maybe your tool breaks their TOS?

LinkedIn has tons of APIs you just have to request access to them as a developer.

I am a coder but wasn't sure i could post to my LI biz page (headlessly without getting banned) without paying for a some API or other over there.

are you parting with $$$s for API access ?

You can already schedule posts on LinkedIn. Is there anything in particular that this project does beyond that?

Yes! You can schedule and publish LinkedIn posts directly from Notion.

It's targeted at Notion users who draft their LinkedIn posts in Notion, with ShareKit they won't have to copy/paste their posts into either LinkedIn's scheduling feature or other scheduling tools. They can do that straight from Notion!
