Ask HN: Are LeetCode style interviews still a thing?

Seems like they are completely pointless with LLMs. I remember joking about this when GPT first came out, but it really is the case now. Are companies still doing these? How can you possibly tell someone "typing it into GPT is not an acceptable solution" when that's literally what we all do every day now?
