Show HN: I built a tool to capture and centralise insights from discovery calls (usediscovery.ai)
Also, while doing discovery for a new product I realised how much time I spent trying to analyse the interview sessions, most times I have to listen to the sessions over and over again and other teams don't often get the full customer context.
So I built a product that leverages an LLM to simplify interview session analysis and allow users to store insights & customer knowledge to make it easily retrievable & shareable for all teams.
It's pretty simple, you sign up, you upload your customer calls manually or from a cloud storage drive, then you can generate transcription, summaries & actionable insights. You can highlight parts of the transcription and categorise them under a new or existing tag.
