Advice on H1B Restrictions Needed

So I am trying to understand if their are any laws against H1B holders running their startup that is registered outside USA and does business outside USA, if so how ; I am not looking for inputs on taxes couldn't care less if it's global or multidimensional as my startup isn't making a lot of money but whatever few pennies we make is deposited in Indian Bank accounts and if their are any taxes that is needed to be paid am fine with that, just wanted to understand if it's legal to work on your own gig or not
