Dang it’s impossible to read the article, everything is couched in racism, it’s exhausting. This is bad for everyone isn’t that bad enough?

No details on the ruling whatsoever, the article is a mish mash of popular touted fears of policing. While I share these concerns, i was hoping to get something of substance about the court ruling.
