Are you really good at programming? (Rails, NYC, YC S11)

We're a consumer-facing music startup, a top 300 website in the world in terms of traffic (and recently, somewhat interestingly, the largest implementation of the spotify play button on the web)

For a product with so much traction, we have a very small team (the technical team is at 4 people right now). We only hire really really brilliant people (so you'll have talented collaborators), and we pay accordingly (in terms of $$, lifestyle, freedom, etc.)

Our stack is pretty standard Rails, Javascript, jQuery, Git, Heroku, etc.
