Show HN: Why did we launch a free help desk?

There are lots of full-blown help desk tools with way too many options and a very steep learning curve, which we think doesn't suit for startups. We felt using a help desk should be as simple as using Twitter and thus developed a dead-simple & straight forward help desk tool.
