Ask HN: Realtime conversation transcription / processing tool

I had a conversation with a contractor in person covering many details of a job. I started taking notes, which is distracting but then pivoted to a voice recording.

I later used the open source Macos app Aiko and GPT-4o to summarize the conversation, distill it into specific points and find missing pieces of information for follow-up.

I'd like an app that performs all of this in realtime, perhaps in response to a system prompt about what it should be doing. Ideally, re-evaluating its response based on new information on some content or time delta basis.

This way, I can get immediate feedback on points I may have missed or that should be followed up on before ending the meeting.

Anyone aware of an existing or proposed tool like this, on iOS or otherwise?

Ideally all work could be done on device with a local LLM.
