So what are the downsides to it?

I read bone mass loss and that that’s sort of expected with any weight loss Ozempic or not

It's honestly looking more and more like a vitamin, albeit one most of us synthesise in adequate quantities, than a drug. (Not saying it should be sold OTC. But increasingly comparable to e.g. Vitamin D.)

Disclaimer: I have zero medical or pharmaceutical training.

The headline is a bit misleading because it doesn't state that Ozempic is a product made by Novo Nordisk. When you take that into consideration, this article becomes less about a study and more of a pharmaceutical company making promotional material for their own product.
When you take into consideration that drug companies don't fund studies unless it is for a substance they can monetize, it is not misleading, but expected that it is one of their products.
I thought it was common knowledge, and was impressed that the title mentions that the study was (bought) by them.
