LLM observed emitting control sequences to modify dynamic buffer (twitter.com)

The video shows that the LLM printed out text and then dynamically emitted sequences that caused the terminal to delete lines in real time before the completion ended

I saw such a behavior before with chatgpt and some other LLMs. The created content has been deleted and it started to write new content.

ELI5 anyone?
