The linked video is an in depth and step-by-step explanation of Disney's "Principled"[0] BRDF shading model.
The latter part includes a really great explanation and visual demonstration of each of the controllable parameters--which is very also helpful for artists who use BRDF in 3D packages such as Blender.
(Includes math/maths content but presents it in a more accessible manner than one might anticipate.)
Fair warning: Acerola's stylistic choices may be... an acquired taste but the content of the videos is absolutely worth acquiring the taste for. :)
