Delivery Issues to Privateemail.com?

Just FYI to anyone using the service, I noticed a gap in emails and tried a few accounts. None are receiving email. Worst part is that nobody at privateemail seemed to know about it until I informed them. No idea what the issue is, but I'm not getting bounced, so I wonder if incoming mail is just ... gone. Also looks like there's no alerting on this. Those guys need better site reliability.

BTW I'm not posting here to get a support response, they're already looking into it. But since this service has been mentioned multiple times on HN as an alternative to things like gmail/outlook, it may be used by a bunch of you. Since you generally don't know if you're silently losing emails, I just wanted to post here. Looks like the last email I received was 2 hours 40 minutes ago.
