What are the strongest arguments against this? I’m for the proposal but strong arguments against it Include

- working man becomes less Competitive to say robots. Or just hurts working man’s life. - makes Ubers less likely to go to congested areas but probably not an issue if all 5 burrows

It's worked really well in London. But public transport was always great, so I suppose that may be the deciding factor.
If it were truly congestion pricing it would not be a flat $15 at all times. It would be a regressive tax independent of income.
