Was there any reason to read beyond that? This person is making a huge claim with no medical research of his own to back up said claims.

Autoimmune Thyroiditis is mentioned.

Many people cured their autoimmune diseases with a larger dietary change.

If diet heals the autoimmune disease how can one say that it's the body attacking itself "just because"? This clearly shows that food is (for at least some people) the primary cause of "autoimmunity".

No it doesn't.

It could just be that some food is the catalyst to it, but not the cause.
