FiveStars looking for a lead web and product designer

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience designing for web, mobile, or software products

- Can work across the entire design flow of sketching concepts, creating wireframes, and polishing design

- Easily understands and breaks down fundamental aspects of a product

- Has experience communicating and working with engineering and product teams in implementing designs

- Ability to think about designs from an user experience perspective

- Enjoys the process of iterative design involving multiple phases of feedback and iteration

- Very knowledgeable about fundamental design principles and experiences, particularly in the realms of software and web

- Has a critical eye for attention to detail and pixel perfection

- Self motivated with the ability to work independently

Pluses

- Has experience with front-end programming (basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript)

- Has extensive breadth in design experience (mobile, web, software, etc)

- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision
