Apple removes PrinttoPDF from App Store and blocks existing users (printtopdfapp.wordpress.com)

On August 26th Apple removed ‘Print to PDF’ from the App Store. To worsen things, Apple decided to block virtual printers on devices running iOS5. As a result this made the app non functional after installing iOS5.
