Mac user: what is the perceived benefit to me? I don't use siri so it's buried applications benefit only, and I'm not aware of any. I don't want a copilot.

Currently GPT-4o is already free for average amounts of usage. I assume this mirrors the situation with GPT-3.5 being free in ChatGPT a few months before GPT-4 launched. So I assume GPT-5 is fairly close now, and it will very likely not be available for free for anyone, including Apple users.
