Why, given the harm we've done to life on earth, would we want to bring about the Industrial Revolution by default in this time-traveling scenario?
I'd even argue against the Agricultural Revolution, and for remaining in nomadic/semi-/nomadic (seasonal) societies, but this experiment, allowing communication like on this forum, is also really interesting.
