What? How is that evidence of a “gender pay gap”? Guess what, men don’t get paid equally in the same role either. You have to negotiate for what you want. If you wanted $10k more you should have negotiated it. If you don’t want to feel bad, don’t look at other peoples’ private documents.
This gender war stuff has got to stop. The real pay gap is between the classes. Elon Musk just got a $50b pay package. Real wages have been declining for the middle class for decades. Why is nobody talking about that?
