Show HN: ArXiv Trends – track keywords in ArXiv papers over time (arxiv-trends.com)

Cool! Just a quick tip, you should cache/store the example so you don’t pay for useless compute (people just trying out)

Just two quick observations:-

- I searched "gravity" and nothing loaded on the first click. Second click loaded your trend graph.

- On the trend graph for "gravity" it shows growing interest up to 2024 and then drops - it looks like your graph maybe extends to the end of the year rather than just the current date, giving the appearance that it's trending downwards.

Nice work though, seems useful!

Is the source code available?

Also, how is the search working? Just by title or are you also looking into the paper content?
