Ask HN: Accurate Weather (Precipitation) Forecasts?

Which app has the most accurate weather forecasts these days?

I remember when Dark Sky was awesome! If it said it was going to start raining in 7 minutes, then you could set a timer and in 7 minutes there was a 99% chance it would start raining! But then Apple bought it and Apple Weather, well, let's just say it could be pouring down rain and Apple Weather would be like there's a 0% chance that it's raining. It gets temperatures right enough but it's highly unusable for precipitation.

So, which app has the best precipitation forecasts?
