I ask perplexity. It gives answers with sources. I check the sources, too often the answer is not backed by sources. It's better than just bullshitting without sources, but not that much. I like the direction though.

The real issue with perplexity is their dishonest crawler who does not obey the rules.

Agree, they're more on hype than other things. NGL it's still way better than copilot ...

I think ppl does not meet the required UI/UX necessary for interacting with books and reading in general. If they do it, it would hurt the experience with web.
Yeah I agree, even they used to support wiki pedia, but they removed it!!
Awwwwi, I just tried this tool, I uploaded 10 books each 700+ pages and then asked something from only one of them and to my surprise it just gave me from that book without saying shits like chatgpt. different from other RAGs!!
