I need help validating my startup idea

Hi everyone! So I have a startup marketplace where people post property for rent but you can click to send someone to view the property for you ie photos, videos, written summry, and facetime. Everyone loves the idea but getting past 10 customers has been difficult

It's an interesting idea but personally it seems kind of niche. Every landlord I've had was more than happy to do a walkthrough over facetime if I asked. Like are these people being sent out accredited or something?

You bring up a good point but through some market research I noticed that landlords don't always like doing this and we also will include sublets too. They would not be accredited. It would be like a friend visiting for you

Yeah that's totally fair. Being able to send someone out at the click of a button feels like a nice-to-have feature, but not something that will move people over to your marketplace in droves. But I think you're on the right track.
