I have been taking a fairly extended hiatus from writing (due to working on releasing an app).
During the app development, I had to add support for Universal Links, and found that the support was ... less than optimal ...
Basically, Universal Links are only one part of a larger set of capabilities, and there hasn't really been much space dedicated to just adding the links, and nothing else.
I figured it was a good chance to get back into the writing saddle, so I did this.
